When rolling smaller diameter materials, less horsepower is often required. The Eagle IV serves this purpose well. It has a maximum die width of 4-1/8" and runs on a 20 - 30 horsepower motor. The Eagle IV is capable of running 1/4" through 1/2" diameter material, 48" long at rates up to 180 parts per minute. Single or double-end knurling is also an option with this machine.
Used in the production of:
- Screw hooks
- Rring bolts
- Eye bolts
- U-bolts
- Turnbuckles
- Houseware components
- Studs
- Double and single-end threaded rods
- Many other uses (up to 4" {102 mm} of thread per end)
