The Eagle I is our largest planetary threader.  It can be built either as a single-end or a double-end machine.  This latest advancement in roll threading technology has a hydraulic power unit with up to 125 HP, constant torque and relentless efficiency.  It offers a thread range from 5/8" to 1 1/4 " diameters, has a maximum die face of 6-1/8" wide and has standard blank lengths up to 72" (1829 mm).  Custom orders are also accepted for part lengths in excess of 72" (1829 mm).

Our new timing device has improved the setup time dramatically, eliminating the nred to shim the dies for timing.

   Used in the production of:   mine roof bolts/industrial and commercial anchor bolts/floor anchors/steel building tie rods/automotive and truck u-bolts components/agriculture/and many other components.
