A Brief History... In the year 1971, owner of RUJA Tooling Corporation, Jack Pease, saw his first planetary thread rolling machine. He was impressed with its speed and efficiency. By 1978, he sold his first RUJA hydraulic-powered planetary thread rolling machine. This machine is still used on a daily basis. In 1984, the worlds best and largest double end planetary thread roller was produced. Rolling up to 1 1/4" diameter and 6 1/8" die face. Due to failing health, in August 1997, RUJA tooling was sold to X-Y Tool and Die, a quality supplier to the manufacturing industry. The name RUJA was changed to RTC and was an integral part of X-Y Tool & Dye. In late 2003, RTC was reacquired by the Pease Family. The RTC name will continue to focus on our commitment to solving customer needs. Since the acquisition, RTC has designed and built two new models; the I-S and I-F. |
